Production time

Every canvas is made to order. We send 3 to 5 design options within 24 to 48 hours of your order. Once you approve one, we print and stretch it in 3 to 5 business days.

UK delivery

We ship with tracked delivery (Royal Mail Tracked / DPD, depending on size). Cost is shown at checkout based on your postcode. Typical transit times after dispatch:

  • UK mainland: 2 to 3 business days
  • Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland: 3 to 5 business days
  • Ireland & near-EU: 4 to 7 business days
  • Rest of world (on request): 7 to 14 business days

You get a tracking link by email the moment the carrier picks up your parcel.

VAT and pricing

All prices on giftedbros.com include UK VAT (20%). What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprise fees.

Deliveries outside the UK

For orders shipped outside the UK, local import duties or VAT may apply on arrival. These are paid by the recipient and depend on your country's rules. Contact us if you need a quote before ordering.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@giftedbros.com within 7 days with a photo of the box and the canvas. We'll reprint and reship at no cost. No need to return the damaged piece.

Wrong or not as approved

If what you receive doesn't match the design you approved (wrong size, wrong frame, print defect), we redo it for free. Just send a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Redo or refund guarantee

If you're not happy with the final design before we print, tell us — we'll iterate until you approve one, or refund 100% if none of them feel right.

Custom orders — cancellation rights

Because every canvas is personalised for you, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once we start work (reg. 28(1)(b)). Our redo-or-refund guarantee replaces it and, in most cases, is more generous.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time before you approve a design — full refund, no questions. After approval, we've already started printing, so cancellation isn't possible.

Lost parcels

If tracking stops updating for more than 7 days, contact us. We'll open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, reprint and reship at our cost.
