Within 48 hours of your order, your artist emails the finished artwork. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Two revision rounds are free on every personalized order. On memorial pieces we keep going until it is right.

We wait. We will follow up twice, and your order stays unprinted until you say the word.

Daytime, straight-on, the whole building in frame, taken from across the street if you can. Phone photos work well.

Upload what you have. Your artist will tell you honestly whether it is enough, or ask for another angle.

Aim for a file of at least 1 MB. If a photo looks too small to print well, we will say so right away, and your artist confirms before anything is printed.

You confirm when you order that you took the photo or have permission to use it. We do not work from photos you do not have the right to send.

It is used to make your piece and kept with your order so reprints are easy. We never publish a customer photo without asking first.

Printing and finishing take 2 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days more. Shipping is priced at checkout and every order ships tracked.

Every order includes a digital preview card. Print it or send it on the day, and the finished piece follows when it is ready. Late gift-givers give the card first and the wall piece second.

Yes. Hardware is fitted and the piece is packed to arrive undamaged.

If it does not feel like it belongs on their wall, tell us within 60 days. We reprint it or refund it. That includes personalized pieces.

Only if we ask. Most of the time all we need is a photo and a short note to make it right.
