Your artwork is created digitally. On The Church Portrait, the church is painted digitally from your photo. On In His Keeping, the artwork is a quiet garden scene, created digitally. On every personalized piece, we set the words in type, so they print exactly as you entered them. No one paints it by hand, and we would never say otherwise. You see the proof first, you can ask for changes, and nothing prints until you approve it. Three versions: the first, and two rounds of changes. Choose whichever you love.

On a personalized piece, we email you the finished artwork within 48 hours of your order, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Ready-made pieces print from finished artwork, so they carry no proof.

Yes, any time before you approve your proof. Reply to your proof email or write to us through Contact, and we cancel it and refund you in full. You get an email when the refund is on its way. Once you approve, the piece is made for you alone and cannot be canceled, and The Kept Promise still covers it.

A framed print arrives ready to hang with the hardware fitted. Gallery canvas and framed canvas do not include hanging hardware, so use your own hook or hanging kit. Every piece is packed to arrive undamaged.

If it does not feel like it belongs on their wall, tell us within 60 days. We reprint it or refund it. That includes personalized pieces.
