Shipping and Delivery
A personalized piece is proofed first and then printed to order, so the clock that matters starts the moment you approve the artwork. A ready-made piece prints from finished artwork as soon as you order.
The timeline
Personalized pieces: your proof reaches you within 48 hours of ordering. Printing and finishing take 2 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days more. Nothing is printed before you approve it, so a day spent looking at the proof is a day well spent.
Rates and tracking
Standard shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $150 or more. Express is $24. Express $24: 2 to 3 business days in transit after printing. Printing time is the same as standard. Every order ships tracked and you get the tracking number by email the day it leaves us. Pieces travel in a rigid box with corner protection. Framed prints arrive ready to hang with hanging hardware fitted; gallery canvas and framed canvas do not include hanging hardware, so use your own hook or hanging kit.
Christmas cutoffs
For delivery before December 25: Personalized pieces: order by December 4, 2026 and approve your proof within two days, or December 10, 2026 with Express. Ready-made pieces: order by December 8, 2026, or December 14, 2026 with Express. Approving your proof quickly is the single thing that helps most.
