Shipping and Delivery
Every piece is proofed first and then printed to order, so the clock that matters starts the moment you approve the artwork.
The timeline
Your proof reaches you within 48 hours of ordering. Printing and finishing take 2 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days more. Nothing is printed before you approve it, so a day spent looking at the proof is a day well spent.
Rates and tracking
Standard shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $150 and over. Express is $24. Every order ships tracked and you get the tracking number by email the day it leaves us. Pieces travel in a rigid box with corner protection, and hanging hardware is fitted before it ships.
Christmas cutoffs
For delivery before December 25, order personalized pieces by December 10, 2026 and designed pieces by December 17, 2026. Approving your proof quickly is the single thing that helps most.
If you are close to the day
Every order includes a digital preview card you can print or forward, so there is something to give on the day even when the piece is still in transit. Ask us and we will send it.
