You see it before we print it
Your artwork proof reaches you within 48 hours of ordering. Nothing goes to press until you approve it. Read every name, every date and every word of the verse while it is still on the screen, because that is the moment when a change costs nothing.
Sixty days, personalized pieces included
If your piece arrives damaged, or the print does not match the proof you approved, or it simply does not feel like it belongs on the wall, tell us within 60 days. We reprint it or we refund it, and personalized pieces are included in that. Most of the time all we need is a photo and a short note, and we will only ask you to ship a piece back if we truly need to see it.
What we ask of you
Names, dates and spelling that you approved on the proof are yours to check. If you catch a mistake after approval, tell us anyway and we will help you fix it. Damage from hanging, from years of direct sunlight, or from shipping a piece onward yourself sits outside the promise.
