Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on giftedbros.com. By placing an order you confirm you've read and agree to them.
1. Who you're buying from
Gifted Brothers — an independent custom canvas art business based in the United Kingdom. We are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any football club, league, federation, or player.
2. The product
Each canvas is a one-off, made-to-order item designed from a photo you provide. Sizes, prices, and frame options shown at checkout are final at the moment you order. All prices are in £ and include UK VAT.
3. Your photo and rights
You confirm that you own the rights to the photo you upload, or have permission from the person in it. You grant us a limited license to use the photo solely to design, print, and ship your order. You can revoke that license after delivery and ask us to delete the file.
Team names, crests, and player likenesses belong to their respective owners. We don't reproduce protected logos or trademarks. Designs are fan-art interpretations.
4. Order, payment, and proofs
- Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe.
- We send 3 to 5 design options for you to pick from before we print.
- Once you approve a design and we start printing, the order is locked.
5. Delivery
Production: 3 to 5 business days. UK delivery is typically 2 to 3 business days for mainland addresses. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Refunds, redo, returns
See our Shipping & Returns policy. As a bespoke, personalised product, the 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has started (reg. 28(1)(b)). If it's wrong, damaged, or not what you approved, we redo it or refund.
7. What we won't print
Hate symbols, slurs, sexual content, or images that infringe third-party rights. We may refuse and refund any order in our sole discretion.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
