• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional).
• The photo you upload for us to design from.
• Order preferences: team, style, size, frame.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Basic site analytics (page views, device type) to improve the site.

3. Why we use it

• To design, print, and ship your order.
• To email you proofs, order updates, and delivery tracking.
• To handle refunds, redos, and customer support.
• To comply with tax and accounting law.

4. Your photo

Photos you upload are used only to create your artwork. We do not sell them, do not train AI models on them, and do not publish them without your written permission. You can ask us to delete your photo at any time after your order ships.

5. Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Print and shipping partners — to produce and deliver your canvas.

We never sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (tax law). Uploaded photos: deleted on request, otherwise kept up to 12 months in case you want a reprint. Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@giftedbros.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of essential cookies to run the cart and checkout. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
